The land plot located at the head of a T junction. The main avenue, stretching northwest from the south-east, bends in that section at an angle of approximately 120 degrees, and continues in a westerly direction. In that section, it intersects with the third street, which, being placed on a steep terrain, descends to the intersection. The main vertical emphasis is placed on the continuation of the intersection of these three streets and the continuation of the third. It will serve as a "joint" in the curved part of the street. Based on the current urban development situation and taking into account the existing development, it is proposed to have a sharp decline after the high tower, reducing the floors to the neighbour buildings.

The ground floor is intended for commercial facilities, the first and second are for offices. The main horizontal structure with a green roof. The vertical dominant provides residential units.

The two basements are designed for parking.
